Billing Information
Section titled “Billing Information”Pay-As-You-Go rIDE utilizes a Pay-As-You-Go AI payment plan. Meaning you only pay when you are using our proprietary AI to plan and build your app. On the Workspace Billing page you can view your current credit balance which is updated every 2 minutes. Once you reach a negative balance, you can continue to use RIDE but won’t be able to use any of the AI tools. You can manually add new credits or set them to auto-recharge once your balance drops below a certain level.
Free AI Credits rIDE provides $10 in free AI credits to get started. You can do a lot with this amount.
Free Local Development There are no external resource costs with hosting the app you create on your local machine. We utilize the resources of your computer to host and store data. The app will only be visible to on your browser via localhost:3000.
Last Responsible Moment rIDE only makes you pay for cloud resources at the last responsible moment (when you are ready to host your test or live environments for the public).
Two Free Hosted Environments via Azure rIDE makes it easy to publish your app on Azure so that other users can access your app via public URLs. You don’t have to setup Azure until you are ready to push your app to the world. All you have to do is create a Pay-As-You-Go account in Azure. You will get 2 free environments to host in Azure (App Service Plan, App Service, and Static Web App). Any additional environments above the free tier will cost approximately $22.14 per environment. You will be able to view your costs in your Azure portal to confirm pricing.
Two Free Authentication and Database Environments via Supabase rIDE makes it easy to connect Authentication and Database servicse to Supabase so that you can provide secure login and database access for large amount of users. You don’t have to setup Supabase until you are ready to push your app to the world. All you have to do is create a Free Tier account in Supabase. You will get 2 free environments to host in Supabase in their free tier. Any additional environments above the free tier require you to subscribe to their Pro Tier which costs $25/m. Additionally you will have to pay approximately $16.63 in compute cost for each new environment. You will be able to view your costs in your Supabase dashboard to confirm pricing.
No Cancellation Necessary There is no need to cancel because you only get charged credits from your existing balance and only when you are using rIDE AI to plan or build. We do have a button to cancel your billing which removes your payment card and cancels your auto-recharge so that none of your invited Workspace users can charge additional credits to your account.
Cancel Plan

CodeBuddy uses consumption pricing so there are no subscription plans to cancel. Cancel Plan will simply shut off Auto Recharge and remove your Payment Method.
Add Payment Method
Section titled “Add Payment Method”
Click the Add Payment Method button to add a card to your workspace. We use Stripe for payment processing to incur PCI compliance.
Add Credits
Section titled “Add Credits”
Click the Add Funds Now button to recharge your plan.
Enable Auto Recharge
Section titled “Enable Auto Recharge”Click the Enable button under Auto recharge to automatically renew your credits when they have expired.
