Published changes to a test environment. Publishing changes to a production environment loading screen.

Known Issue	Troubleshooting	Status
”Deployment to production failed. Reason: Error during DeployProduction: The input string “Validation Failed” was not in a correct format.	Clicking on Publish to Live (maybe more than once)? Click OK and it should go away.	Need to retest. Happened again. Appeared that the publish to live button wasn’t working so double clicked. Issue persisted after double clicking.
